Sunny Days Sunshine Center is committed to offering developmental services and therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to children and their families. Our unique center is designed to promote positive behavior, enhance quality of life, and support individuality, catering to the specific needs of each child.

We serve children of all ages facing challenges related to learning, social skills, sensory processing, speech/language difficulties, and motor development delays.

Our center provides both individual and group sessions in Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy for children of all ages.

Job Responsibilities

As an ABA and RBT Therapist, you will implement tailored applied behavior programming under the guidance of a BCBA, which includes direct one-on-one ABA therapy. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Applying fundamental principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) such as reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques.
  • Instructing on ABA, social, and daily living skills.
  • Effectively addressing and reducing challenging or disruptive behaviors.
  • Creating an engaging and motivating environment to maximize individual performance.
  • Collecting data on ABA programming targets and utilizing an online system for tracking and monitoring progress.
  • Providing support to parents, educators, and caregivers to enhance the effectiveness of our programs across all areas of the child's environment.
  • Executing programs developed by the BCBA.
Job Requirements
  • No prior experience is required; we will provide training and an RBT course at our centers.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism and utilizing ABA methodologies, is advantageous.
  • Candidates should be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a strong passion for helping children reach their full potential.
