About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to work with individuals at every stage of their rehabilitation journey, empowering them to reclaim independence, purpose, and joy in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide community-based brain injury rehabilitation services to clients in Wayne, Macomb, Washtenaw, Livingston, and Oakland counties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence, purpose, and joy in clients' lives.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Embody the center's values of building trusting relationships, empowering positive change, and contributing positively to the community.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license for community-based treatment.
  • Dependable personal vehicle with current auto insurance policy.
  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in the State of Michigan.
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Experience in neurological rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
