We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team as a Lead Educator at Learning Care Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of preschool children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement high-quality, research-based educational programs that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and socialization.
  • Child Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments to track children's progress and adjust instruction to meet their individual needs.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a lead teaching role or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
