Lead Teacher Opportunity

Join Learning Care Group, a leader in early education and child care, as a Lead Teacher. In this role, you will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and promote the growth and development of preschool children. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for classroom management, curriculum implementation, and ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational lesson plans that foster social, physical, and intellectual growth.
  • Mentor and support fellow teachers to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching team.
  • Manage classroom operations, including scheduling, attendance, and communication with families.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that meets state and company standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
  • Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
  • Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
