We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at PIH Health. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare network.
Key Responsibilities- Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of radiographic techniques and procedures to ensure accurate and safe imaging practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize imaging processes.
- Certificate from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and a Certificate from the California Radiologic Technologists (CRT) within 30 days of hospital orientation.
- Fluoroscopy permit obtained within the initial 120-day evaluation period.
- CPR/BLS - Basic Life Support certification.
- One year of work experience or two years of internship in a hospital setting.
- Experience with Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and digital imaging.
- Venipuncture certification.
