Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

  • Conduct weekly reviews of accounts to ensure transaction accuracy by the accounting team.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other balance sheet accounts regularly.
  • Oversee the processing of deposits, including cash, checks, and online transfers from various sources.
  • Review bi-weekly payroll for precision and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely entry of all financial records.
  • Provide backup support for payroll processing as needed.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager Position:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • A balanced approach to accountability while maintaining flexibility in deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
