Job Description

Title: Data Analysis Specialist (IT Applications)
Duration: 3 months+

We are seeking a skilled Data Analysis Specialist to join our team at ShiftCode Analytics in Columbus, Ohio area for a hybrid position. As a key member of our Agile Scrum environment, you will primarily work on a Customer Loyalty project, focusing on data analysis and business systems implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing complex business data to identify trends and insights
  • Developing and maintaining data-driven solutions to improve customer experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis and data analysis
  2. Excellent planning, documentation, and collaboration skills
  3. Jira/Confluence or similar software proficiency
  4. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel and Visio
  5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. We also provide benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
