About This Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team As a key member of our workforce planning group, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and optimization through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

 

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze large datasets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.

 

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., finance, economics, computer science, mathematics) or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or related fields
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and other analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

Salary Range

$102,340.00 - $120,400.00 - $132,440.00 per year, depending on location and experience.
