Role Overview: As an Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role within a high-achieving team tasked with managing commercial real estate assets and investments. Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive reporting, performance assessments, ensuring compliance with covenants, cash flow projections, valuations, and mentoring of staff. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enhance a portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
  • Conduct routine performance evaluations and guarantee covenant adherence.
  • Prepare and scrutinize cash flow forecasts and asset valuations.
  • Employ advanced Excel modeling and other analytical tools for financial assessments.
  • Guide and develop junior team members, promoting a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
  • Ensure precise and timely reporting on asset performance and financial indicators.

Qualifications:
  • 7-9+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate asset management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in asset management, valuation, commercial real estate financing, and financial modeling.
  • Proficient Excel skills are essential; familiarity with Argus is advantageous.
  • Proven job stability and a strong record of performance.
