We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Allen Harim. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and efficiency of our feed mill warehouse, ensuring that all areas are clean and free from clutter. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, inspecting incoming materials, and completing paperwork and reports as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the organization and efficiency of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping areas.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring that all materials are properly secured and stored.
  • Inspect incoming materials to verify their condition and quality.
  • Complete paperwork and reports as needed, including stock identification tags and inventory records.
  • Rotate stock and ensure that all areas of the warehouse are clean and free from clutter.
  • Perform routine housekeeping tasks, including disposing of scrap and waste in the proper receptacles.
  • Comply with all company policies, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds routinely without assistance and operate a forklift.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
