SCARS Management Services is a reputable multi-specialty medical practice seeking a dedicated and efficient individual to enhance our back office operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care while managing a diverse range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in office procedures and patient setup.
- Conduct patient intake and record vital signs.
- Perform extensive scribing duties to support clinical staff.
- Manage inventory and ensure cleanliness of medical instruments.
- Stock examination rooms and maintain a well-organized workspace.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail, effective time management, and strong communication skills. A background in the medical field is essential, with a preference for experience in dermatology and familiarity with EMR systems, particularly NEXTGEN.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a medical office setting (preferred).
- EMR Systems: 1 year of experience (preferred).
Certification:
- Certified Medical Assistant (preferred).
Work Environment:
- Multiple locations available.
This is a full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, offering medical benefits after a designated period for eligible employees.
