Luxury Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at the Tanger Outlet in Riverhead, NY. As a Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of our brands, interacting with clients in the sale of renowned timepieces and cultivating strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager and develop a comprehensive knowledge of the merchandise.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Capture all CRM data in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Establish rapport with actual or potential customers, fostering a loyal client base.
- Merchandise product in accordance with Company guidelines, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment, adhering to Company standards.
- Monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display.
- Assist in the maintenance of merchandise control logs as designated by the Store Manager.
- Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
- Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
The ideal candidate possesses strong selling skills and experience, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail. They must have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and open availability to work according to the needs of the business.
