About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Grooming Receptionist and Sales Team Member at Scenthound. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling memberships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive membership and retail sales and service add-ons through health and wellness education
  • Develop membership leads by following up with potential members
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, manage customer profiles and records
  • Manage cash drawer - responsible for daily cash handling
  • Manage customer expectations; Resolve customer concerns; Retain memberships
  • Keep the reception area clean and presentable
Requirements:
  • Sales experience and confidence (membership sales are highly valued)
  • Customer service experience (retail, restaurant)
  • Computer/ Technology proficiency
  • A passion for dogs and dog health & wellness
  • Reliable transportation
