DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Accounting Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the financial health of our company. While you may not be directly involved in installations, your contributions will provide valuable insights into our financial performance. You will utilize QuickBooks and other tools to manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile cash and credit card transactions, perform job costing, and ensure timely payroll processing. Under the guidance of the CFO, you will create essential support schedules to present accurate financial reports. You will collaborate with a motivated team, embracing challenges and opportunities for growth.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Skilled in Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Microsoft Teams
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience
