About the Role:

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality engineering, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive overall quality performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action solutions
  • Analyze and interpret trends to ensure compliance with Raytheon and contract program requirements
  • Interface with suppliers and customers to resolve issues and ensure compliance
  • Review and disposition nonconformances and nonconforming material

Requirements:

  • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a STEM field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
