Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve product quality and reduce cycle time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and control manufacturing systems
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production operations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing data packages, including assembly instructions and labor standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools and simulation software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
