Customer Support Engineer Internship

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare technical data and problem summaries from field reports and inspection summaries to brief marketing, engineering, and manufacturing functions on field problems.
* Sustain technical files of existing and potential product improvements and serialized production changes.
* Analyze discrepancy reports concerning Textron Aviation products.
* Coordinate corrective action with Manufacturing.
* Act as liaison between Field Service and Manufacturing on customer problems and corrective measures.
* Support on-site assistance at company-owned service centers and independent service stations during investigation of unique aircraft problems or prototype installation.
* Assist with the preparation of technical programs for operators' conferences and technical seminars.
Qualifications:
* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Management, Aerospace Engineering, Avionics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Good computer skills.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a team environment to meet department-level objectives.
* Authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
