About the Role
- We seek an experienced Family Centered Treatment Specialist to join our dynamic team, providing high-quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families using the Family Centered Treatment model.
- You will be responsible for delivering FCT services in various settings, including homes and communities, with a strong focus on family-centered care.
- A valid FCT Certification is required within one year of employment, and you must complete all internal trainings and checkoffs as assigned.
- You will work collaboratively with treatment teams to develop and implement personalized service plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated service provision.
- As a key member of our team, you will provide 24/7 on-call coverage to your caseload, offering flexible scheduling to meet the needs of children and families.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field is required.
- Two years' experience working with youth or families is essential.
- Prior experience with the Family Centered Treatment model is preferred.
- Additional state-specific requirements include: QMHP certification in NC and VA, or provisional PCSS credentialing in MS.
