Job Title: Controls Assistant Project Manager

Gulfstream Strategic Placements is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controls Assistant Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate control system projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership.
  • Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems and BACnet protocols.
  • Work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and clients to deliver project updates and resolve technical issues.
  • Demonstrate a stable and consistent work history in the local market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in controls project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio, familiarity with BACnet, DDC controls, and various BAS platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
