Job Summary:

The Sales Account Manager will play a key role in strengthening client relationships as a liaison for Revol Greens' key customers. This position will prioritize client satisfaction, promote new products, set targets, and ensure healthy relationships between the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and check-in meetings.
  • Monitor and analyze account profitability; recommend solutions to drive further efficiency.
  • Develop and implement category management and growth strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Develop annual sales forecasts for assigned accounts and track progress towards plan performance.
  • Align with sales operations team to ensure orders are fulfilled and accounts remain maintained.
  • Follow up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients; notify necessary locations and departments.
  • Promote new products to clients as needed.
  • Report to senior management on the status of accounts.
  • Take a leading role in presentations and proposals for national accounts.
  • Monitor and identify market trends and competitors.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent number of years of experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in national account management or B2B sales in the produce industry.

Work Environment:

The Sales Account Manager will work in an office environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
  • Constantly communicating with others to exchange information.
  • Occasionally repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
