Job Overview
Spirit Halloween is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Sales Manager to lead our store operations in a seasonal capacity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing payroll, recruiting, training, and employee relations across multiple stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales, payroll, recruiting, training, and employee relations across an average of 3 stores
- Construct, open, operate, and close/store down assigned Spirit stores
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance
- Manage expenses, shrink, and other related functions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Flexible schedule
- 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift, and move up to 50 pounds
