About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Greet customers, offer product knowledge, and assist with sales transactions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain merchandise to meet brand standards, and replenish stock as needed.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean and maintain the retail store front, stock room, and employee areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion apparel.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in contributing to business goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a team environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office programs, retail/register systems, web-based programs, and computerized inventory systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to carry shoe boxes while climbing a ladder and/or stairs.
