Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (experience may substitute for the degree).
  • Proven experience working with children and youth, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 (commensurate with experience).
