RESPONSIBILITIES OF A KITCHEN SANITATION SPECIALIST

In the role of Kitchen Sanitation Specialist, you will be a vital contributor to our kitchen team. Your responsibilities include clearing tables and transporting used dishware to the kitchen efficiently. You will scrape, rinse, and wash each item with care, ensuring they are spotless and ready for reuse. From delicate glassware to large cooking pots, you will take pride in making every piece shine. After cleaning, you will expertly stack or restock the dishware, assisting our bussers in setting tables correctly and enabling our culinary team to plate meals without interruption.

This kitchen position typically requires working 3-5 days a week, with shifts generally lasting 5 hours.
