Key Responsibilities
  • Serving Guests: Deliver exceptional service to our guests, adhering to our service standards and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Operational Efficiency: Operate the POS system accurately, handling cash and financial transactions with precision.
  • Settlement and Inventory: Prepare settlement paperwork, restock items, and monitor inventory levels to maintain a well-stocked and organized work area.
  • Alcohol Service: Monitor and control alcohol consumption, adhering to company policy and New York State Law.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, adhering to Local, State, and Federal Health Department Codes.
  • Guest Relations: Relay guest compliments and complaints to F&B Managers and Supervisors, promoting outstanding relations with guests and peers.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. TIPS certification required.
  • Experience: Previous Wait Staff experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. repeatedly, stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
