Cocktail Server

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at Saratoga Harness Racing, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail.

• Serve Guests with Excellence: Provide friendly and efficient service to our patrons, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Operate POS System with Accuracy: Manage cash and financial transactions with precision, maintaining a high level of integrity.
• Prepare Settlement Paperwork: Organize and complete all necessary paperwork in a timely and consistent manner.
• Record F&B Revenues: Accurately document all revenue and corresponding transactions, including cash, credit cards, and complimentary settlements.
• Restock and Maintain Inventory: Ensure all areas are well-stocked and organized, ordering necessary stock as needed.
• Monitor Alcohol Consumption: Adhere to Saratoga Casino Hotel policy and New York State Law, maintaining a safe and responsible environment.
• Ensure Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, adhering to high standards of hygiene.
• Communicate Effectively: Relay guest compliments and complaints to F&B Managers and Supervisors, promoting a positive and responsive service culture.
• Perform Additional Duties: Carry out other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with TIPS certification required.
• Experience: One to two years of server experience preferred.
• Physical Demands: Able to lift and carry 20 lbs occasionally, stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
