As a full-time Financial Accountant, you will take charge of generating financial statements for a diverse portfolio of associations. You will cultivate strong relationships with our management company clients, providing essential insights and clarity regarding their financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily bank reconciliations
  • Prepare journal entries in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Generate monthly financial statements
  • Support clients with accounting inquiries
  • Record year-end audit entries
  • Assist in annual audits and reviews
  • Facilitate annual budget entries
  • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Help onboard new clients into our accounting software

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a minimum of 5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, including financial reporting
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Capacity to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

*Candidates must successfully pass a background check and a personal credit evaluation during the final interview process.

Compensation and Benefits

Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000, contingent upon prior accounting experience. The benefits package includes:
