Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Management:
    • Supervise operations across multiple brewpub locations.
    • Guide, mentor, and develop restaurant managers, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
    • Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures across all locations.
    • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations at every site.
  2. Financial Oversight:
    • Formulate and manage budgets for various locations.
    • Evaluate financial performance and devise strategies for enhancement.
    • Ensure efficient operations while maintaining financial viability.
    • Prepare and deliver financial reports to senior management.
  3. Operational Excellence:
    • Guarantee high-quality service and product consistency at each location.
    • Implement and monitor quality control initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the brewing team to align with company standards.
    • Conduct regular site assessments and audits to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  4. Systems Management:
    • Utilize ADP for payroll and human resources management.
    • Implement and oversee Toast for point-of-sale and restaurant operations.
    • Employ Teamworks for staff scheduling and communication.
  5. Customer and Community Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
    • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
    • Promote the company's brand and products through various marketing initiatives.
  6. Staff Development and Training:
    • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
    • Implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable and skilled.
    • Direct the employee assessment process and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of high-level leadership experience in the restaurant sector.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple locations.
  • Strong financial literacy with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with ADP, Toast, and Teamworks systems is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of restaurant operations and industry trends.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
