We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to geriatric patients in the community.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.

Requirements:

  • Current DE RN license or compact state license.
  • 1 year of RN experience, with a focus on home healthcare and med-surgical care.
  • BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain their BSN within 3 years of start date.
  • IV proficient or willing to train.
