About the Position:

The Site Operations Coordinator will provide critical support to our laboratory operations by coordinating logistics, managing supplies, and maintaining facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, scheduling maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of supplies
  • Schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate records of supply usage and vendor contacts
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to facilities management

Requirements:
  • Diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g. facilities management, logistics)
  • 2+ years of experience in a laboratory or facilities management setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
