Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in Massachusetts
- Lead a team of program directors and managers to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational and clinical challenges
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including state officials, community partners, and healthcare providers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
- Independent clinical licensure in LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (Massachusetts)
- Minimum five years of experience in managing behavioral health operations, with a proven track record of success
- Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership
