Key Responsibilities
* Develops market knowledge for business development opportunities in all product lines, identifying potential growth areas
* Employs consultative selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers, contributing significantly to the Agency's growth
* Actively cross-sells and coordinates with the agency team to provide additional coverage to existing customers, enhancing overall customer satisfaction
* Prepares quotations and applications, delivering effective presentations to close sales and meet revenue targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Holds an active insurance license, demonstrating expertise in the field
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of success
* Familiarity with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.) and digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptop computers
Compensation Package
* Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $85,000, commensurate with location and performance
