Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at APEX Analytix. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients' suppliers, obtaining accounts receivable statements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling suppliers to obtain accounts receivable statements
  • Maintaining phone etiquette standards and professional communication during inbound/outbound phone calls and emails
  • Validating existing supplier contacts and sourcing new supplier contacts to enlarge the supplier database
  • Locating new phone numbers and emails to reach suppliers with incomplete contact information
  • Delivering received supplier responses in a timely manner to the Account Review Team
  • Utilizing UiPath bot application to send on-demand emails
  • Consistently following up with suppliers until a statement is received
  • Completing assigned projects ahead of established deadlines
  • Documenting supplier communication in the database for real-time updates

Requirements:

  • Two years of customer service, accounting, or business-related experience
  • Experience contacting suppliers/customers by email and phone
  • An Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Adept at prioritizing duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent teaming skills with the ability to work productively in a team setting
  • Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend various account statements
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for communicating with internal and external customers
  • Proficiency in the use of Internet and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) software applications
