  • Process documents as required while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Greet and guide visitors, providing information on available services and online options.
  • Respond to routine inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Manage incoming deliveries and ensure proper documentation is routed accurately.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as mail handling, document management, and organization.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in social services or non-profit sectors.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Technologically adept with the ability to learn job-specific software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
