Position Overview

This role is crucial in supporting the vital work conducted in the community. The Learning and Professional Development team collaborates closely with case management professionals to create, mentor, and educate our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to current federal, state, and local regulations, contracts, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
  • Investigate and integrate best practices, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements into training programs.
  • Provide updated information on federal and state regulations, contract obligations, and policies impacting the organization.
  • Facilitate professional development initiatives by incorporating feedback from analysis into effective training tools.
  • Offer support, direction, and mentorship to child welfare professionals.
  • Evaluate the competency of child welfare staff in delivering services under standard supervision.
  • Recommend certification for child welfare professionals based on skill and competency assessments.

Qualifications:
