As a Valet Attendant at Bally's Chicago, you will be part of a world-class entertainment destination resort. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and damage-free manner.
  • Greeting guests with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Adhering to the guidelines of the Casino's parking and retrieval procedures.
  • Explaining the Casino's parking and retrieval procedure to guests to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Responding to guest requests and providing assistance as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized valet area.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
  • No moving violations within the last 6 months.
  • Must know and abide by all applicable federal DOT, state, and local driving regulations.
  • Able to drive a manual or standard shift transmission.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and the ability to be insured under our company policy.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to see, talk, and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk.
  • Must be able to run between 1-15 miles throughout the course of a shift.
  • Exposure to climate environment.
  • Must occasionally lift and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Frequently required to stoop, crouch, or kneel.

Work Environment:
The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations. Bally's Corporation
