    • Meet/exceed minimum monthly company expectations, including session service targets.
    • Contribute to club success by generating revenue and promoting company products.
  • Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest
    • Adhere to company policies regarding conflict of interest and confidentiality.
    • Do not engage in personal training sessions or perform any personal training-related duties independently or at any company outside of Crunch Fitness - 2Strong Holdings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Client Services
    • Create an outstanding initial personal training experience for introductory package clients.
    • Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals.
    • Inform clients of the fitness tools available to assist them in achieving their goals.
    • Set expectations and hold clients accountable to their comprehensive fitness programs.
    • Demonstrate safe and proper exercise technique to clients.
  • Member Services
    • Instruct members on proper use of club equipment and exercise techniques.
    • Assist with member service activities, such as fitness seminars and boot camps.
    • Understand all aspects and benefits of the CAMP CRUNCH Orientation and deliver a positive fitness experience to members and guests.
    • Help with racking weights and maintaining a neat, organized, and clean club.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Design comprehensive fitness programs using company-provided tools.
    • Schedule all personal training sessions, other appointments, and administration time using company systems.
    • Execute other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • Certifications
    • One or more of the following certifications: American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), The Cooper Institute, International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA), National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
  • Experience
    • Personal training experience preferred but not required.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
    • Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.
  • Work Environment
    • Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts.
    • Extended workdays and weekends/holidays as needed to support the business.
