Job Summary

The Customer Service Team Lead is a key role within Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a dynamic team of customer service associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage a team of customer service associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve store objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma and/or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.
