Job Title: Senior Project Manager

At KAI Design, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including consultants and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Formal project management certification (e.g. PMP, CCM)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
