Requirements:
  • Prior experience in assembly or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work with small components and basic hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to adhere to instructions.
  • Physical ability to stand or sit for extended durations and lift moderate weights.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position is $17.00. Adecco USA offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Our benefits allow employees to select coverage that aligns with their individual needs. Additionally, associates may qualify for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave mandated by federal, state, or local law, along with holiday pay where applicable.
