Job Overview

As the Manager of Technical Expertise, you will oversee a team of top-tier Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) specialists at Dynatrace. Your primary focus will be to empower the broader Business Insights team to deliver exceptional value to our clients by addressing intricate customer challenges and use cases. This role involves providing product insights, support for enablement, and tools that facilitate daily operations, while also collaborating with various teams as advocates for DEM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of your team members' skills and expertise, effectively utilizing these strengths across diverse projects.
  • Mentor team members and promote their continuous professional development.
  • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with each team member to discuss progress and development.
  • Collaborate with Business Insights leadership to align on the needs of the delivery team regarding support, enablement, documentation, product modifications, and special initiatives.
  • Engage with the Dynatrace Product team to stay informed about product developments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work alongside the Enablement Team to create training materials for the Business Insights team.
  • Partner with other internal teams on various initiatives, including internal tools, processes, and training programs.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Provide ongoing updates regarding team status, project progress, key performance indicators, and capacity planning.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or other quantitative, technology, or business disciplines is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
