Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate leader to join our team as our Restaurant & Bar Manager. This role is responsible for activating the bar, lounge, and daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings to ensure seamless operations
  • Schedule and direct staff in their work assignments to meet business objectives
  • Interact proactively and positively with guests to ensure exceptional service
  • Assist with the interviewing, selection, and training of team members
  • Manage events and activations within Plat 99 to increase traffic and build PR opportunities
  • Effectively plan, communicate, and operate events and activations with the support of property leaders, executive chef, and food and beverage team
  • Manage floor presence and support the F&B team and guest relations
  • Manage beverage cost and controls to meet revenue guidelines
  • Acknowledge and care for VIPs
  • Complete all Davidson training programs
  • Attend weekly staff meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous hotel food and beverage experience preferred
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • Ability to lead and direct a team
