The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to join our Dallas, TX operations team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack our delicious products with precision and care
  • Utilize radio frequency (RF) scanners to ensure accurate inventory management
  • Verify, check in, and put away inventory with attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Adhere to proper sanitation and product safety guidelines throughout the plant
  • Perform physical work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for up to 8 hours at a time

Requirements

  • Extremely detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with peers and managers
  • Able to work 6 days a week, including Sundays
  • Experience in a warehouse environment, with a strong work ethic and leadership skills
