Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our customer support team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for valued customers, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout their interactions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $16.65 - $29.37 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about our products, services, and solutions.
- Assist customers with order entry, process transactions efficiently, and ensure data accuracy across all systems.
- Proactively resolve customer service issues, address complaints, and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Respond to customer billing inquiries, explain charges, process payments, and provide billing adjustments or corrections as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Finance to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the utilities or energy sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capability.
