Job Title: Computer Hardware Repair Technician

ITsavvy is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Computer Hardware Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues in Chrome and Windows environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware & software issues in Chrome and Windows environments.
  • Replacement of LCDs, keyboards, motherboards, and system components.
  • Document resolution steps and parts consumption in ticket software.
  • Manage paperwork trail for the warranty claim process.
  • Device teardown including parts testing and asset disposition.
  • Complete assigned daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
  • Assist in the enrollment and rollout of new client devices.
  • Complete additional training to advance career as requested.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of Chromebooks and Chrome OS preferred.
  • Experience with hardware repair tools and equipment required.
  • A+ Certification preferred.
  • Experience using Autotask Professional Services Automation Tool or similar system preferred.
