Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Technician to join our team at Triad Service Center. This is a full-time position based in Manchester, NH area, responsible for providing exceptional service and repair of light industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining and repairing light industrial equipment, including floor scrubbers, sweepers, handicapped carts, checkout lanes, paint shakers, and other commercial equipment.
  • Providing excellent customer service by performing on-location preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Staying organized by scheduling repairs and PMs in similar locations on the same day, as time and location permit.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with light industrial equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with customers.
  • A valid driver's license and safe driving skills.
  • The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
