Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking an IAM End-User Support Analyst to join their esteemed Global Technology Operations team. This role is pivotal in upholding IAM SOX control execution, governance, compliance, and providing end-user assistance for various legacy systems. The Analyst will cater to over 1000 internal stakeholders accessing these systems and will play a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding of new systems, applications, servers, and databases. The working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM PST.
