Position Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) plays a pivotal role within the Home Infusion business unit. This position is designed for a proactive problem solver who is adept at utilizing data to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including research and the design of applications and tools to meet reporting and analytical requirements.
- Support the forecasting process by identifying trends, analyzing key drivers, and constructing financial models to assess various scenarios and their implications on financial performance.
- Enhance forecasting methodologies and data collection processes to improve analytical capabilities.
- Refine team workflows and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness, implementing necessary changes to optimize performance.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses for internal management and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on weekly drug and therapy trend performance to sales and business leaders.
Qualifications
Required:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, Pharmaceuticals, or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
Preferred:
- Experience with SQL, SAP S4, and Tableau is highly desirable.
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Preferred qualifications include specialized training or relevant professional certifications.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is between $43,000 and $107,200 annually. This range reflects the base salary for all positions within the job grade. The actual salary offered will depend on various factors, including experience and education. In addition to competitive compensation, CVS Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and numerous well-being programs.
