We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Fresh Thyme Market. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and business partnering to our operational and functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creates and evaluates strategic financial models of proposed business solutions (ROIs, BVAs, Proformas)
  • Provides financial support to operational and functional business areas and serves as their business partner
  • Provides proactive guidance on business performance and appropriate financial solutions
  • Analyzes complex business and financial issues and summarizes and communicates them effectively to internal customers
  • Creates and evaluates performance scorecards of different business activities
  • Creates new processes and leads process improvements on large-scale cross-functional projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Accounting/Finance degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial-related business experience
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP and its application
  • Ability to perform financial modeling
  • Project management skills a plus
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, and the ability to work effectively in multiple business information systems
