Position Overview:

At Vail Resorts, we prioritize exceptional service, and our Product Sales Team Leaders play a crucial role in delivering unforgettable experiences. By facilitating the sale of various resort services, including lift passes, lessons, and childcare, our dedicated agents are essential in creating memorable adventures for our guests.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Compensation: $25.99 per hour
  • Availability: Full-Time Positions
  • Experience Level: Advanced
  • Housing: Potentially Available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort offerings, policies, and operations, collaborating with other departments as needed.
  • Oversee daily operations of product sales, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and sales supervision.
  • Assist in the recruitment, support, and training of product sales team members.
  • Monitor and document team performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition as appropriate.
  • Address guest inquiries, comments, and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Manage and maintain sales facilities, equipment, and inventory.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or ticket sales.
  • Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift up to 25 lbs.

The expected compensation for this position is $25.99 per hour. Individual compensation decisions will be based on various factors.
